Randall M. Rosebush

  • Randall began his fundraising career at The United Way in Detroit in 1982. During the following 15 years of service, he helped the organization by raising more than $150 million through his fundraising leadership position as Senior Development Officer.
  • In 1995, Randall was recruited by several community leaders to join the American Red Cross to serve as the Senior Development Director. During this time Randall successfully completed a $3 million Kresge Endowment Campaign and also created the “Celebration of Everyday Heroes” program. This event raised more than $175,000 in its initial year and continues to be duplicated today in many communities across the country.
  • Randall moved on to Junior Achievement in 1997 to become the Executive V.P. of External Affairs. He managed a staff of 15 while creating the “J.A. Achieve Detroit Program”. Major Corporations & Foundations showed overwhelming support and successfully funded this extraordinary program. This raised the base of support dramatically for annual J.A. programs in Southeastern Michigan and brought the organization back from an operating debt to a impressive surplus in funding.
  • In late 1999, after forming RM Rosebush & Company, Randall began his consulting career which has produced outstanding results for many of his clients. This includes creating the Dearborn Community Fund to raise philanthropic contributions to help build the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center in Dearborn, Michigan. In addition, we raised more than $11 million for the Children’s Center in Detroit and set a new fundraising record for a single charity event of $4.2 million at “Impact at Ford Field”, the Grand Opening charity event at Ford Field in Detroit.
  • Randall has completed advanced course work at the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy and is an active volunteer in the community.
  • RM Rosebush & Company is fully bonded and licensed by the State of Michigan’s Attorney General’s Office and has recently received the Spirit of Detroit Award for exceptional achievement, outstanding leadership and dedication to improving the quality of life in Southeastern Michigan and throughout the state of Michigan.
